Aanloop AI klantdata: n=80 Nederlandse MKB-klanten, periode 2024-2026. ROI gemeten als (bespaarde tijdkosten + extra omzet - investering) / investering, op 12-maand basis. NPS gemeten via 7-dagen post-implementatie enqueue.

Sector-extrapolaties: Op basis van CBS-cijfers per SBI-code, gewogen naar bedrijfsgrootte 5-250 medewerkers.
